Her focus is on people. The financial services industry can feel transactional, impersonal, and quick to move on once the deal is done. Loren made sure Sabea would be different. From the first hello to the years after settlement, she's the steady presence that ensures clients are looked after with warmth, honesty and genuine care.
Behind the scenes, Loren leads operations and culture — the parts of the business that clients don't always see but feel in every interaction. The reason the Sabea team is responsive, organised and consistent is largely down to her.
