Is there a cost to use a Sabea broker?
For most residential home loans there is no cost to you. Brokers are generally paid a commission by the lender once a loan settles, and we disclose that to you in writing before you proceed. Some commercial or specialised lending carries a fee, which we would always agree with you in advance rather than at the end.
How quickly will someone get back to me?
Usually within a few hours on business days. If it is time-sensitive, such as an auction this week or a finance clause about to expire, call us on 1300 001 755.
What should I have ready for the first conversation?
Nothing formal. A rough idea of your income, savings, existing debts and what you are hoping to buy or refinance is enough to start. Payslips, statements and identification come later, if you decide to go ahead.
